GLOBAL BUSINESS LEADER
Joe Oswald is Principal and founder of BeyondSQ. He is a senior global business leader and ICF certified coach who has led global organizations with successive years of profitable growth. Joe works with C-Suite leaders and business owners to help them develop their plans to be more and do more with their leadership and business potential

Joe was most recently President at Jonas Club Software, a Constellation Software company where he led 5 businesses.

He previously served in several technology firms in roles as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice-President, Business Development as well as a Principal in a national Executive Coaching and Career Transition services firm. See full experience here.

ICF CERTIFIED COACH
Joe obtained his International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification in 2015 and his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential remains active through successive renewals. Having this certification not only ensures that required continuous learning takes place but you can be assured that the ICF code of ethics will be strictly adhered to.
